The kitchen is led by Executive Chef, Amitzur Mor, who brings an innovative touch to classic French cooking. Trained at Tadmor Culinary School in Israel, Chef Mor has been working in kitchens since he was 13, honing his skills in 3 and 4-star restaurants from Gramercy Tavern to Payard.
In the dining room is General Manager, Eylem Tuncer, a familiar face to L'Express' long-standing loyal guests. Eylem's career has taken him from Istanbul to London, and New York, with experience spanning comedy clubs, hotels and restaurants.
